About this tool
Reorder every page exactly once with thumbnails, drag and drop, or keyboard/touch arrow buttons. Thumbnails are bounded previews; generated PDFs copy the source pages rather than their thumbnails. One PDF with 1–80 pages and up to 20 MiB. One output PDF with the same page count, at most 100 MiB. Previews are limited to 240 × 320 pixels per page. Forms, XFA, widgets, signature permissions and portfolios are rejected. Digital signatures do not remain valid; outlines, attachments and cross-page destinations are not rebuilt. Review ordinary annotations after downloading. PDF content is processed locally, with manual downloads after the complete operation succeeds.

Scenario Recipes
Move a scanned cover using touch or keyboard controls
Goal: Drag cards or use the labeled arrow buttons. All controls change one full permutation, and the output contains the original pages in that exact order.
- Open the source and wait until all bounded thumbnails are ready. For a Chinese PDF, ensure the preview shows readable glyphs before proceeding.
- Move the cover to the first position using arrow buttons or drag; compare each source-page label.
- Review the complete order, confirm and generate. Download and inspect the original-sized pages.
Result: New PDFs match the reviewed source-page mapping and are downloaded manually for inspection.
Failure Clinic (Common Pitfalls)
A replacement file fails after the old pages were reordered
Cause: A new input attempt invalidates the previous thumbnails and page order before reading the replacement.
Fix: Choose the correct supported PDF again. The rejected replacement cannot inherit the old permutation or export with stale thumbnails.
Generated files disappear after a change
Cause: Output bytes belong to the source files and settings used to create them.
Fix: Review and generate again after changing options, order, sources, clearing or switching language. Old downloads do not continue.
A form or signed document is rejected
Cause: Forms, XFA, widget annotations, signature permissions and portfolios are rejected. Page copying does not preserve valid digital signatures or rebuild outlines, attachments and cross-page destinations. Ordinary annotations need output review.
Fix: Use an export or flattening workflow that explicitly supports those features, and retain the original document.

Can I reorder pages without dragging?
Yes. Labeled earlier/later arrow buttons work with keyboard and touch. They update the same full page order as dragging.
Are the exported pages replaced with thumbnails?
No. Thumbnails only identify source pages. The output copies the original page content and geometry; each page must appear exactly once in the chosen order.
Why is the old order removed after a rejected replacement?
The order belongs to the old source. Keeping it for a new file could export different pages from those displayed. Choose the supported source again and rebuild its order.
What are this tool’s file and page limits?
