Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Tool processing, site analytics, and advertising are managed separately. Processing and draft storage depend on the tool page. Google Analytics is enabled by default. You can decline analytics at any time through Privacy Settings. The site uses Adsterra banner ads, and loads Google AdSense for site verification and advertising services. Advertising scripts are not controlled by the site’s analytics setting.
1. Maintainer and tool data
ToolsKit is independently maintained by Evan. Core tools do not require an account. Many tools process files or text in your browser; consult the relevant page for features involving external requests, resource loading, or saved browser drafts. Storage behavior varies by tool, and clearing an input may be different from deleting previously saved browser data.
Visiting the site sends request information to the hosting service. If you email feedback, the maintainer receives your message and contact details to investigate and reply. Include only the information needed to explain the issue.
2. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses cookies or other browser storage for the following preferences, separately from optional analytics:
- Theme preference — remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode
- Language preference — remembers your language selection (English or Chinese)
- Privacy choice — remembers whether you allow optional analytics so you do not have to choose on every visit
Individual tools may also store drafts or tool settings, as described on their pages. Use the tool’s clearing controls where available, or delete this site’s cookies and storage through your browser. Deleting the privacy choice may require choosing again on a later visit.
3. Advertising and site verification
The production site toolskit.cc displays Adsterra ads on tool and content pages. Ad code loads from bauval.org, and creatives may come from other advertising partners. Banner scripts run directly in the page. Site code does not intentionally send tool inputs or file contents to ad placements, but third-party scripts share the page environment without a separate sandbox. Ad requests still send IP addresses, browser details, and referrer information to providers. Providers may use cookies or other identifiers, subject to browser restrictions and their policies. Ad regions are labeled Advertisement, and ad links lead to third-party websites. Privacy Settings control only Google Analytics, not Adsterra ads.
The site loads the Google AdSense script for site verification and advertising services. Whether ads appear depends on Google’s review, AdSense account settings, and applicable consent status. Loading the script sends network requests to Google, which may process information such as IP addresses, browser details, page addresses, and cookies even when no ad is displayed. The current Privacy Settings control only Google Analytics; they do not control the AdSense script or offer personalized or non-personalized ad choices.
When serving ads, Google and other third-party advertising providers may use cookies based on prior visits to this or other websites. You can manage or turn off Google personalized ads in Google My Ad Center, and manage interest-based advertising from participating providers through the YourAdChoices opt-out page.
See how Google uses information from partner sites and apps. Provider cookies and account settings are managed by the relevant service; this site’s privacy button cannot change your third-party account settings.
4. Optional analytics and withdrawal
Google Analytics is allowed by default. Open Privacy Settings in the footer or below to allow or decline analytics. Declining stops analytics and saves your choice for later visits, until you allow it again or this site’s privacy choice cookie expires or is cleared. Declining analytics does not affect the tools.
When enabled, analytics helps explain page visits and tool actions such as processing, copying, or downloading. Events sent by site code retain only allowed fields. Page addresses retain only known site paths, with query strings and fragments removed; unknown fields are discarded. Tool input text and file contents are not included in those analytics fields. Google may still use cookies, pseudonymous identifiers, browser and device information, and approximate location, so these measurements should not be treated as fully anonymous.
Use Privacy Settings in the footer or below to decline analytics or withdraw consent. On withdrawal, site code stops sending analytics events, clears Google Analytics cookies it can manage, and reloads the page to stop the loaded analytics script. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data already sent to Google or remove cookies on other domains or outside this site’s control.
Your current setting allows this site to load Google Analytics.
5. Hosting and other third-party services
Cloudflare provides hosting and network services for this site. Request information used to deliver pages and protect the service may include IP addresses, browser request headers, and request times. This is separate from optional Google Analytics.
Cloudflare also offers Web Analytics that can be enabled through its hosting dashboard. If analytics code is injected there, it is not controlled by this site’s Google Analytics setting or privacy button. This policy does not confirm that dashboard configuration. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for its data practices.
Some pages load third-party fonts, scripts, or other resources as needed for a feature. Those requests send network request information to the relevant provider, which processes it under its own privacy policy. Consult tool-specific external-service notes when deciding whether to use a feature.
6. Children's Privacy
ToolsKit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
