Duplicate PDF Pages
Duplicate selected PDF pages and append them to the end
About this tool
Duplicate PDF Pages lets you select specific pages in a PDF and append duplicated copies to the end of the document. You can input ranges like 1,3,5-8 to mix individual pages and consecutive spans in one operation, then choose a repeat count between 1x and 5x to scale how many additional copies are added. Common scenarios include creating invoice packets with repeated instruction sheets, exam handouts with extra answer pages, or contract bundles with multiple signature sections. The tool validates page ranges against the actual PDF page count and reports any invalid range before processing. Duplicated pages always append to the end of the document β if you need them inserted in the middle, follow up with a reorder workflow. All processing happens locally in your browser using pdf-lib; the file never leaves your device. Maximum file size is 50 MB.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are duplicated pages placed in the output?
Duplicated copies are appended to the end of the document. If you need them inserted at specific positions, use a reorder workflow after duplication.
Can I duplicate multiple ranges in one operation?
Yes. Inputs like 1,3,5-8 combine individual pages and consecutive spans in a single run. Each range and page is validated before processing.
What is the maximum repeat count?
Up to 5x. Higher counts can quickly grow file size, so we cap it at 5 for performance and file-size sanity.
Is my PDF uploaded to any server?
No. Everything is processed locally in your browser using pdf-lib. The file never leaves your device.
What is the file size limit?
50 MB. The limit is set client-side and depends on your browser's memory headroom for large PDFs.
What is the difference between Duplicate Pages and Repeat PDF?
Duplicate Pages copies only the pages you select. Repeat PDF duplicates the entire document end-to-end. Use Repeat PDF when every page needs duplication.
When is this tool most useful?
Common scenarios include repeated instruction pages in invoice packets, extra answer pages in exam handouts, and additional signature pages in multi-party contracts.
