About this tool
Add a visual signature using a drawing, browser-rendered text or a PNG/JPEG image. Choose an actual page number and position the signature within the cropped, rotated visible page. The same placement is used for the preview and output; tall images shrink to fit both dimensions, and an optional date uses the browserβs local day. New image attempts clear previous signature data and results before validation. This creates an editable page-content mark, not a certificate-backed digital signature, identity check or tamper-evident record. Existing forms and annotations remain.

Place and verify a visual acknowledgement
Goal: Choose the right page and confirm the visible mark before sending.
- Load an unsigned PDF, choose Draw, Type or Upload and prepare a visible signature.
- Select the exact page and adjust width and position using the preview; add the local date only if needed.
- Create and download the PDF, then inspect that page in another reader before sharing.
Result: A separate PDF with a reviewed visual mark.
Failure Clinic (Common Pitfalls)
An uploaded picture is rejected
Cause: Its actual format, byte size or pixel dimensions exceed the supported profile.
Fix: Export a smaller PNG/JPEG and upload it again; old signature data is not reused.
The typed preview has missing glyphs
Cause: The browser does not have a suitable font.
Fix: Use a font available on the device or upload an image containing the correct characters.

Is this a digital certificate signature?
No. It adds an editable visual mark and does not verify identity or detect later edits.
Which signature images are accepted?
Actual PNG or JPEG images up to 10 MiB, 4,096 pixels per side and 4 million pixels total. Filename or MIME alone is not sufficient.
Can I use typed Chinese text?
Typed signatures use available browser fonts. Check every character in the generated preview; upload a prepared image if the browser lacks your font.
What do position percentages mean?
They locate the mark within the remaining visible space: 0% is left/top and 100% is right/bottom. Tall images shrink so neither dimension crosses the page.
What if I enter a page that does not exist?
The operation fails without signing another page. The tool does not silently clamp the page number.
What files are unsupported?
Encrypted PDFs, XFA and digital signature fields, including empty signature fields, are rejected. Inputs are limited to 50 MiB and 200 pages, with an 80 MiB output limit.
Does processing upload the document?
PDF processing runs locally in your browser. Generate a separate result and click Download; keep and inspect the original and output before sharing.
